They also included student strategies and responses to this new initiative and how it was implemented with such great success. I just finished reading Mastery Based Learning in Mathematics (K-8). The energy and dedication that these two educators have for their students is amazing. As a teacher, I know of the challenges and difficulties that all teachers face, especially in inner city schools It is nice to find a book that has sample problems. This book is applicable for all educators and does not ""live"" in the heavy research that so many books ""live"" in. I can implement these strategies that actually make sense and improve students. Very easy read and step by step process to implement. Well done and can't wait for the next edition."
