Janet Underwood has more than twenty years of experience as a senior technical writer and trainer. She has developed technical documentation and training courses for major corporations in the computer, information technology, telecommunications, financial, and medical industries, as well as for government agencies such as NASA, the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy. After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado, Janet began her career as an English teacher, and then worked as an editor and writer for several internationally known trade publications.
