Overview

Le présent travail consiste en une tentative de conception de comprimés bucco-dispersibles d'ondansétron chlorhydrate. Le complexe résine-médicament a été formulé par compression directe en comprimés bucco-dispersibles à l'aide de cellulose microcristalline PH 102 comme diluant et de croscarmellose sodique et d'amidon glycolate sodique comme superdésintégrants, tandis que l'aspartame a été utilisé comme édulcorant pour améliorer le goût. Le masquage du goût a été réalisé à l'aide de la résine polacrilex Tulsion 335. La formulation préparée peut être utile pour les patients qui ont des difficultés à avaler.
