Kate McAll is a Sony Gold award-winning producer and director with over 30 years' experience at the BBC. She began her career making history documentaries and literary features for BBC Radio 4, before turning to drama. Recent BBC productions include Me Cheeta, My Life in Hollywood adapted by Costa Prize winning author Stef Penney and starring John Malkovich, Life At Absolute Zero with Eats, Shoots and Leaves author Lynne Truss, an adaptation of Nobel Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai's latest book, We Are Displaced, and an adaptation of Kilvert's Diary, the journal of a Victorian country Curate. Kate collaborated with L.A. Theatre Works on several previous projects including The Blood of Strangers, La Bte, Arthur Miller-A Life, Daniel Deronda, and A Room with A View.
