He has been both reading and writing since he was a teenager. He was a winner of Spread the Word's 2019 London Writers Awards for YA/children's. When he's not writing, he's baking apple crumbles or playing video games. Alex now lives in Walthamstow with his girlfriend and hopes to soon welcome another cat into his life.
