Phil Bildner is the author of numerous children's picture books as well as the Rip & Red middle-grade series. In 2017, he founded The Author Village, an author-booking business. A former middle-school teacher in the New York public-school system, he currently resides with his husband and dog in Newburgh, New York. Brett Helquist is an American illustrator best known for the work has done for the children's series A Series of Unfortunate Events. Born in Arizona and raised in Utah with his six sisters, he cites his interest in art as a result of all of the comic books he read growing up. He currently resides in New York City. Emily Lawrence is a passionate actor, voiceover artist, and writer. The narrator of almost 200 audiobooks, she has also worked in television, film, and theater. Born and raised in New York, she received her bachelor's degree in drama from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. While her greatest loves are narrating and acting, her other passions include traveling, aerial circus, and chocolate.
