Jeff Messer is an Eisner Award nominated writer, publisher, theatre guy, radio guy, comic book geek, and father. He is co-author of Mike Grell: Life Is Drawing Without An Eraser, and writer and creator of the Sex, Spies and Rock & Roll comic series. Dewey Cassell has written over 50 articles for magazines such as Back Issue, Alter Ego, Rough Stuff, and Jack Kirby Collector. He has written four books, including The Art of George Tuska, Marie Severin: The Mirthful Mistress of Comics (nominated for a 2013 Eisner Award for Best Comics-Related Book), The Incredible Herb Trimpe, and Mike Grell: Life Is Drawing Without An Eraser (nominated for a 2019 Eisner Award for Best Comics-Related Book.) He also wrote the introductions to volume 5 of the IRON MAN Marvel Masterworks and volume 11 of the HULK Marvel Masterworks. William Marshall Rogers III (January 22, 1950[1] - March 24, 2007), [2] known professionally as Marshall Rogers, was an American comics artist best known for his work at Marvel and DC Comics in the 1970s.
