Reviews

Brief, accessible chapters and colorful layouts filled with photos and sidebars highlight Dias' background and initiatives. . . .Abundant photos, mainly of Dias, lend visual interest, while short, simply constructed sentences emphasize vocabulary with bold-faced terms, which are defined in the glossary. Also includes instructions for making a grassroots action plan. Elementary-schoolers are sure to be inspired by this profile of a powerful kid not much older than they are.-- Booklist
