Diane P. Leone is the founder and president of Marketing Edge, an image development, marketing, and communications firm in St. Augustine, Florida. For almost a decade Marketing Edge has specialized in branding and positioning multifamily housing communities, real estate development companies, and single-family home builders. In 1999 Marketing Edge was named one of Florida's top 100 fastest growing companies.With more than 22 years of experience in marketing and advertising, Diane is the recipient of two NEFBA Northeast Florida Builders Association Laurel Awards for Best Web Design and Best Interior Design. Additionally, she is active in local Northeast Florida civic and cultural organizations and contributes as a writer to publications including UNITS Magazine, Jacksonville Magazine, and The Florida Times Union. Diane is a member of several business and industry associations including the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Diane serves on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) and is an active member of that organization's Sales and Marketing Council. Diane co-hosts a weekly Northeast Florida TV show, New Homes and Design. Committed to the spirit of volunteerism, Diane contributes her time and talents to fundraising events, including the Northeast Florida Apartment Council's Annual Circle of Excellence Annual Awards Dinner and NEFBA's Charitable Fashion Show as event management consultant, scriptwriter and backstage coordinator. Diane was appointed by Florida's governor to serve on the Council for Education, Policy, Research and Improvement (CEPRI), a State of Florida education advisory board, serves on the Career Education committee and chairs the Character Education committee.
