Author Information

Dr Felipe Arizon is a Spanish lawyer and academic. He is the managing partner of Arizon Abogados S.L.P. and the head of the firm's shipping and trade team. David Semark is a Barrister with Quadrant Chambers, and prior to this he was a Partner with Reed Smith LLP. He specialises in commercial law with a particular emphasis on shipping and maritime law.
