Marine Corps Tactical Publication MCTP 2-10C (Formerly MCWP 2-4) Marine Air-Ground Task Force Intelligence Dissemination 2 May 2016 provide doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures for intelligence operations. This publication complements and expands upon this information by detailing specific doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for conducting intelligence dissemination in support of the Marine air-ground task force (MAGTF). The primary target audience of this publication is intelligence personnel responsible for planning and executing intelligence dissemination operations, as well as personnel who provide support to intelligence dissemination or who use results from intelligence operations. This publication describes aspects of intelligence dissemination operations including doctrinal fundamentals, responsibilities, management, methodology and planning, and common forms of dissemination, such as estimates, studies, briefings, and reports. MCTP 2-10C provides the information needed by Marines to understand, plan, and execute intelligence dissemination operations in support of the MAGTF across the range of military operations.
