An indefatigable reader and a prolific author with readers in more than thirty countries, he has published the novels Soul Moon [Alma Luna], Navigators [Navegantes], The Cocoon [La crisálida], Desire Ways [Las rutas del deseo], Ultima Thule [Última Thule], Star Buccaneers [Bucaneros de estrellas], The Sand Tree [El árbol de arena], The Snow Rose [La rosa de nieve], and Sea Eyes [Ojos de mar]; as well as the short story collection Catch-all Drawer [Cajón de sastre] and the volume of poetic reflections The Southeast Wind [El viento del sureste].
