James W DuVall is by profession an engineering designer of process piping systems, potable and nonpotable filtration systems. In addition, to design, engineering, construction, polution abatement systems, he is a recognized engineering special inspector, Building Official, Plans Examiner, and Coastal Construction Inpector. Further, as an engineering student he worked for years in our United States automobile industry, the steel industry, shipbuliding industry, and personally fought industral fires, observed death and injury in America's manufacturing industry. He learned the construction industry from the bottom up with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers walking and working in the Everglades laying out Flood Control Levees, Pumping Stations, the Route Surveying for the Interstate Hightway System, Harbor surveys, Beach erosion studies, then into Commercial construction creating plans for and conducting inspections of structutral steel, reinforced concrete structures, force main sewage pumping and processing, lift stations, subdivision development of entire cities before entering into the educational network as a lecturer, professor, educator, and author.
