Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationAfter graduation with a Master of Arts Degree in Accounting, she became an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Ball State University. She completed her CPA licensing and transitioned to Staff Accountant for a steel foundry to work with computer software implementations on an IBM S34. After completing four general ledger package installations, she was fundamentally responsible for creating a full cycle foundry costing package for a national product which was later sold industry wide. After her employer, a foundry based conglomerate, successfully weathered the mid-80's steel pricing wars and international steel dumping crisis, she transitioned to public accounting firms in California. From 1990 through 2004, her prior steel industry experience brought her to Napa Pipe Corporation, div OS (NYSE) as the facility plant accountant. After joining a local mineral mining organization, she was quickly promoted to the financial analyst position until semi-retiring to her own public accounting practice. She has consulted and taught business and management processes consistently throughout her career. Clients from 1986 still retain her CPA services. The effects of sound and the sounds embraced by cultures have been her international hobby, traveling North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Living resonance in the massive Yucatan Loltun cavern's healing chamber had a local travel guide and tribal shaman demonstrating the folk uses of the columns named Lol and Tun. All of these experiences helped catapult her into sound therapy. She finds the Solfeggio tuning forks and Yoga Nidra offer similar experiences in resonance for the individual in community with the facilitator. This process is similar to the current investigations of computer data storage on the outer surface of water molecules where the computer data memory is wiped by magnetic impulses. She has found sound used with healing intention can reduce stress from trauma and create space for inner peace. The effects of the Solfeggio sessions and Yoga Nidra practice are cumulative and will continue to manifest benefits from continued practice. The author has spoken on the practice of accounting, Yoga Nidra, and her sound work. In addition to being a CPA, she is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and licensed Certified Master Sound Therapy Teacher (CMSTT). She also holds Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Signature Cell Healing certificates. Public speaking and private sessions are by appointment only. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
