The Book, Mandate without Reference, is Christian literature inspired by the Holy Spirit through the author's lived experience and reflections on his calling into ministry. In 2018, as a young man raptured by the fierce love of God, Rev. Osei made a significant decision to relocate from the Bronx, New York, to Connecticut as a volunteer minister to oversee one of their newly established local assemblies. As a young man motivated by passion and zeal, the author never envisioned that such an honorable mandate from God will come at a price. Just as Moses was mandated to deliver the Israelites from Captivity, the Lord never gave Moses any prior reference to the challenges that awaited him. Between Egypt and Canaan were many challenges and tests that were never mentioned to Moses. Indeed, his Mandate was one without a Reference. This Book seeks to provide insight, direction, tools, and Knowledge to its readers on how to trust God and walk with the Lord whilst we have a Mandate, but there is no Reference. As the word of the Lord admonishes us in the book of Jeremiah 18:6B, ""Like a clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in my hands"", I am very sure that likewise our destinies, calling, and mandate are in the hands of God.
