Asa Romeo Asa is an accomplished academic and industry expert with extensive experience in management science, logistics, and entrepreneurship. He earned his PhD in Management Science (Management Strategy) from Wuhan University of Technology, China. He also holds an MSc in International Business Law from the University of Salford, UK, and an MBA from Wuhan University of Technology. Prof. Asa is the Director of the Namibian-German Institute for Logistics and an Associate Professor of Business Management at the Namibia University of Science and Technology. Prof. Asa is also an experienced consultant, advising businesses and institutions on strategic management, process improvement, and research-driven decision-making. With a passion for business research, data analytics, and lifelong learning, Prof. Asa continues to shape the discourse on sustainable business practices and technological advancements in logistics and supply chain management. Johanna Pangeiko Nautwima is an accomplished economist and business strategist with a strong background in international economics, trade policy, regional integration, and business development. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the Namibia Business School, University of Namibia, where she investigated the impact of blue ocean strategy on the sustainable business performance of manufacturing SMEs. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Economics at Nelson Mandela University, South Africa, focusing on the impact of trade liberalisation and renewable energy consumption on industrial development and carbon emissions in Namibia. Dr. Nautwima is a Consultant - Economist and Trade Data Analyst at the African Development Bank Group, where she contributes to regional development and integration initiatives. Her work includes producing key knowledge products such as the Africa Visa Openness Index and the Africa Regional Integration Index, as well as engaging in policy formulation, trade, and investment strategy. With a strong academic background spanning Africa, Europe, and Asia, Dr. Nautwima has earned multiple degrees, including an MA in Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University (India) and an MSc in Energy Policy from the Pan African University Institute of Water and Energy Sciences (Algeria). Her expertise extends to research in financial integration, entrepreneurship, and industrial development. Dr. Nautwima has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to the fields of economic policy, sustainability, and strategic management. She has also been recognised with various academic scholarships and awards for her excellence in research and higher education. Her commitment to data-driven decision-making and policy analysis continues to shape discussions on regional economic growth and business innovation.
