He began with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division's Environmental Restoration Program Partnering initiative and went on to earn membership on multiple partnering teams. He has worked closely with senior management and staff from the Navy, US EPA, State Department of Environmental Protection, and contractors and citizens. Building on this foundation, Mr. Arcaro developed the Environmental Compliance Assessment, Training, and Tracking System (ECATTS(R)), a unique, cloud-based, job-specific environmental compliance training tool for achieving environmental compliance.
