Elizabeth Shepherd BA MA DAS DMS is Lecturer in Archives and Records Management at the School of Library, Archive and Information Studies, University College London. Geoffrey Yeo was formerly Archivist and Records Manager at the Royal College of Physicians of London, and is currently working as a freelance in the field of archives and records management.
