Doctor in Organizational Governance and Culture, Master in Economics and Business Administration (IESE), Master in Research in Humanities, Social Sciences and Juridical Law (Catalunya International University), and Philosophy graduate from the University of Navarra. Principal Professor of PAD Management School of the University of Piura for two decades. His life career has been oriented towards the direction of people, ethics, analytical anthropology and organizational theory. He combines teaching with research and executive positions in the School: member of the Direction Committee of PAD, of MEDEX and of the PhD, among others, part-time Director of the Company Management Master and of the Organizational Management (MGO) Master, among others. He has contributed in the development, design and start-up of several programs and seminars of PAD, among which, beside the successful Directive Competencies Program (2002), the innovative Doctoral Program (2010) and innovative Organizational Management Master (2014) stand out. He led the conception and design of the Doctoral Program until its launch, and the MGO was his idea, as well as the design and start-up, for which he was the first director. Visiting Professor of various universities in Peru and other countries. He has presented papers in several international meetings of people management professors. He is a frequent lecture and workshop guest in various companies and other organizations. Among his investigations, his doctoral research ""Executive decisions: an anthropological approach to the achievement of efficacy and positive learning in organizations"" stands out, which was outstanding. The professor Miguel Alfonso Martinez-Echevarria was the director of his thesis. Among the organizations with which he collaborates, his participation as founder and vice president of Prorural stands out.
