Book 1, focused on the procedure (processes) used to manage Project based on the book of Nehemiah, this book 2 is considering more than just the procedure, it focuses on all the required ingredients that are needed within the processes needed to manage project successfully. The information in this book can be used by both beginners or advanced project managers. Finally, though this book is a technical book on Project Management for Christian Organization, the content of this book is also applicable for non-Christian Organization. My aspiration and prayer are as you go through the pages of this book are that you will learn techniques and tools that will make managing projects easier and more successful by putting in the right structure.
