Richard Saundry is a Principal Research Fellow at the University of Westminster, UK and a Visiting Fellow at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. Margaret Prior is a Lecturer in Human Resources Management at the University of Plymouth, UK. She came to academia after a career working for two major trade unions.
