Author Information

Pamela M. Bluh is associate director for Technical Services and Administration in the Thur-good Marshall Law Library at the University of Maryland Law School. Bluh is active in the ALCTS and LAMA divisions of the American Library Association and has served as chair of the ALCTS Serials Section. Her master's degree in library science is from Peabody College in Nashville. The Association for Library Collections and Technical Services (ALCTS), a division of the American Library Association, is responsible for the acquisition, identification, cataloging, classification, and preservation of library materials and the development and coordination of the country's library resources.
