Jose Ramon San Cristobal Mateo is a Senior Lecturer and Head of Nautical Sciences at Escuela Tecnica Superior de Nautica at the University of Cantabria, Santander, Spain. His PhD is in Marine Sciences. He has authored many papers and two books.
