Joaquim Silva Ribeiro is Coordinating Professor of the Business School of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal and Coordinator of Unit for Evaluation and Quality of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (UNIQUA). He holds a PhD in Management, Master in Business Sciences and Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was CEO and Consultant in some industrial companies. He has developed research in the areas of Management, Strategy, Operations Management and Quality Management. Ana Bela Teixeira is a Professor at Institute Polytechnic of Setúbal.
