Pradnya has been a lecturer in positive psychology at the University of East London, as well as managing her own enterprises and consulting widely on business for more than fifteen years. Her PhD research created a positive psychology intervention that promotes positive attitudes towards money and reduces stress and anxiety resulting from money problems. Her work has been featured in prominent publications, including The Psychologist, Psyche, PENN MAPP alumni and the Indian Positive Psychology Journal. Currently, Pradnya consults around the world as a financial wellbeing expert.
