Greg Penn has 20 years' experience in the sales industry, yet in 2019 he swapped his Yorkshire life for the Devon coast, and a 30-room Georgian house in need of a massive renovation, one that would take years to complete but is documented in his first book, Man with a Hammer. A self-professed DIY guy, Greg restored an uninhabitable Victorian town house in Darlington and is now tackling a project 10 times bigger. He has been documenting the journey of Admirals House from the moment he moved in to his 287k followers invested in his journey. Greg has been featured in some of the biggest UK print and media, including The Times and The Telegraph and works closely with many of the UK's most well-respected interiors brands.
