Overview

This book is a selection of recipes by John Marinelli with 12 guest contributors offering their own favorites. It is the work of men who like to cook and do so often. It is designed to be a blessing to those who read it by offering food ideas for the soul and the spirit. I wrote this book because I love food. Yes, like some of you, I am overweight and in need of a good diet. However, when I was happy being fat, I indulged in different combinations and found enjoyment in trying new things and being different. Now in my early 80s, I see on some new television shows that they go way beyond my man-food pleasures. They have a big following of folks who like to be different.

He has also been a youth minister and evangelism director overthe years. Rev.
