OverviewThis book addresses the critical need for sustainable, effective leadership support in Catholic education through the practice of accompaniment. It presents a research-informed framework of four key capabilities: Presence, Relationships, Awareness, and Contemplation (PRAC), that support leaders' wellbeing and effectiveness while enhancing their capacity to advance mission in Catholic schools. Drawing from empirical research on educational leadership and integrating Catholic theological perspectives, the book provides a developmental pathway for both leaders and those who accompany them in their professional journey.
