OverviewIn a beautifully drawn story, we see a woman hurt in a scuffle with a young male intruder in her home. The story splits into parallel tracks. In one, we see their progress through the criminal justice system, ending with his incarceration and her constantly afraid, with bars on the windows of her home. In an alternative restorative justice track, we see the woman tell the intruder exactly how devastating the experience was for her, and he is helped to devise a plan to make amends to her, the community and himself. In the end, both are restored and become engaged in their community.
