Jan Mazurek directs the Center for Innovation and Policy at the Progresive Policy Institute in Washington, DC. She is the coauthor (with J. Clarence Davies) of Pollution Control in the United States: Evaluating the System. Nicholas A. Ashford is Professor of Technology and Director of the Technology and Law Program at MIT. Ashford is co-author (with Charles C. Caldart) of Technology, Law, and the Working Environment.
