My daughter asked me a few days ago what food is my favorite to eat and without hesitation, I said 'cheesecake.' If there were a magic pill that I could take before every meal that would allow me never to get full or gain weight, then I would choose to have cheesecake every time I popped one. From fruity toppings to decadent caramel drizzles, these creamy desserts are the perfect dessert. It is not just because it is sweet, or creamy, or that it usually has a lovely crust that is soft and chewy, although those are all excellent cheesecake qualities. This dessert is my favorite food because it can be made to taste different every single time with a variety of ingredients, textures, and tastes.
