She has also been employed full-time in various corporate settings, as well as consulting to large businesses and providing training in the area of Business Communications to several large corporations in Silicon Valley, California. She has written journal articles to help faculty prepare students more effectively in Business Writing classes for real-world job expectations. She has also written several journal articles for business audiences on how to be more effective in both written and oral communication.
