Overview

Hana loves to laugh. No one can make her laugh like her grandmother; her comical Nonna. Every Saturday is Nonna Day. Nonna visits and she and Hana play together all day. The house is filled with fun and lots of giggling. One Nonna Saturday, Nonna can't visit because she's sick. Once Hana hears about Nonna's ailment, it creates quite an unusual and comical vision in her mind. Now Hana wonders who will make her laugh. Will it be Mommy? Or, her puppy, Ollie? Hana's family tries their best but, nothing seems to work. Hana and Ollie go to bed missing Nonna. The next Nonna Saturday, Nonna can visit! Hana is so happy. When Nonna comes over, Hana asks her if they can play like they usually do. Hana is ready to laugh! Nonna feels a little better but isn't up to her usual funny self. Hana decides that perhaps it's Nonna who needs to laugh. With creativity and silliness, Hana manages to make Nonna and the rest of the family giggle. In conclusion, Hana says she would like to do something to make her and Nonna laugh. Nonna knows exactly what to do. Music creates magic, as the vinyl spins on the turntable. Nonna and Hana dance until they topple over. Once again, Nonna makes Hana laugh and Hana gets her wish. Nonna and Hana laugh together.
