Die Autorin: Gisela Süle wurde 1976 in Köln geboren, studierte bis 2001 Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Freiburg im Breisgau und war dort Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft am Max-Planck-Institut für Ausländisches und Internationales Strafrecht und am Institut für Ausländisches und Internationales Privatrecht. Seit 2003 ist die Autorin Referendarin in Bonn. Die Promotion erfolgte 2004.
