Eric Vasquez is a poet, journalist, and columnist from El Paso, Texas. A student at the University of Texas at El Paso, his work appears weekly in The Prospector, the school's publication, and on sticky notes left on bookshelves and public computers. When he is not reading or writing, he is up in the Franklin Mountains or planning for the day he finally get s superpowers. He prefers animal print shirts and punk music that reminds him of his middle school angst.
