Overview

This modern-day western mystery is the sequel to The Carpenter's Son. It follows the life of Val O'Malley, great grandson of Sam O'Malley, one of the last of the gunfighting lawmen of the old west. The summer he turned sixteen, the fatherless, incorrigible teen was sent to live with his uncle ""Mad Jack"" O'Malley on his ranch in Oregon. Some twenty years later Val inherits the ranch and returns to find the beautiful girl next door is even more beautiful. His plan for romance and a peaceful life on the ranch turns danferously complicated when he becomes embroiled in a modern-day horse rustling investigation. Like his great grandfather before hin, it is up to Val to deliver justice. O'Malley justice.
