Rod Bolitho has been Academic Director at Norwich Institute for Language Education since 2007 and before that was Assistant Dean of International Education at The University College of St Mark St John, Plymouth from 1989 to 2006. Brian Tomlinson is a Visiting Professor at Leeds Metropolitan University and Academic Director of TEFL International. He has worked as a teacher, teacher trainer, curriculum developer and university academic in Japan, Indonesia, Nigeria, Oman, Singapore, the UK, Vanuatu and Zambia and is also the Founder and President of MATSDA (the international Materials Development Association).
