Overview

The author vowed to provide affordable modes of enjoyment to his wife who is fighting the diseases of strokes, Alzheimer's, and diabetes. Her struggle with the diseases started in 2003. Her preferred mode of enjoyment is traveling and visiting places farther away from home. The author decided that cruising is best for her because it is safe and less strenuous compared to other vacation packages. She has had a number of cruises since the first stroke in 2003. The Allure of the Seas did not disappoint the author and his wife. In fact, cruising on the largest cruise ship in the world, provided a new experience that stands out among many previous cruises. The vastness of everything on the ship: - size of the ship, number of passengers, number of crews, number of fun activities, number of venues where fun activities are held so on so forth - all these make cruising the more exciting. This book is about listing all the fun activities from day 1 to day 7, happening on the Allure of the Seas during a 7-day vacation voyage to the Western Caribbean. The list includes times, show names, venues, and decks, when and where the activities happened. The list also includes shore excursions. The Ebola emergence came in just the opportune time when this book was being readied for publication. Since Ebola is a malignant threat to the health and well being of everybody specially in crowds as in cruises, it is placed prominently ahead of other topics in the book. Not to lose sight, the book is still about the author's follow through in his mission to provide happiness to his wife while she is still able to move and appreciate the visible aspects of her surroundings.
