Overview

Luka loves to read in bed at night before he falls asleep. But when he gets in trouble and is sent to bed without his reading light, he suddenly discovers his bedroom has transformed into a dark and mysterious cave. Author Information

Rod Hilsabeck has a journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and was an advertising copywriter for ten years before writing children's literature. Much of his inspiration comes from the adventures of serving and spending time with children at an orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico. One of his greatest joys is being a father. He currently works as a physical therapist and lives in Kansas.
