This special edition of Lucy Williams stunning monograph includes a signed and numbered screen-print mural by Lucy Williams. Williams's art provides a pleasing contradiction in which her subject matter - stark and brutal mid-twentieth-century Modernist architecture - is presented through mixed media bas-reliefs in which the detail, the personal and the intricate is ever-present. In this beautifully crafted book these artworks are showcased alongside a number of period photographs of the buildings, many of which no longer exist, which served as the inspiration for the artist.
