Kirsten Elizabeth is a California-based illustrator and single mother of three boys with disabilities. She has been an artist for over ten years and an illustrator for four, illustrating nine books to date. When she's not working, she enjoys time with her children and her 13-year-old dog named Aki and a 7-year-old cat named Jasper. Her work is inspired by caregiving, nature, and everyday life, and she loves creating cozy, whimsical illustrations for all. Lisa Baker is a teacher, author, editor, designer, and publisher. She works hard to bring books created by real-life people to children for their education and enjoyment.
