Overview

Lucifer's name is mentioned only once in scripture, yet, he remains a powerful evil influence over the world. This has been the case from the time of Adam and Eve to today and will remain so until final judgment is executed upon the Earth. What is Lucifer's ultimate goal? How can we fight such a daunting adversary when angels themselves, with their supernatural strength, dare not contend with him? Furthermore, since the Bible tells us that Lucifer is the god of this world, what kind of merchandise does he use in tempting us to sin? The scripture is clear in its description of who he is and what he intends. Being the fallible beings that we are, how can we resist the evil temptations that can draw us away from the True God of heaven who is the Creator of all things? It is God. Who separated the light from the darkness, according to Genesis chapter one, and it is He who separates good and evil through His living Word, Jesus Christ; therefore, it's in Him alone that we have hope and salvation, not in Lucifer, nor in ourselves. At 64 years of age, the Lord has been gracious and long-suffering in preserving Kenneth Gulletts life. God has provided for him a loving and faithful companion in his wife Joyce, and has blessed them with five children, sixteen grandchildren and one great grandchild. Kenneth was saved by Gods marvelous grace when he was in his late teens. Since then, Kenneth has grown spiritually stronger in the Lord through the work of the Holy Spirit. The Lord has carried and sustained him throughout his life and will continue to do so until the great day of redemption that is in Jesus Christ. Currently, Kenneth is a member of the Shallowford Baptist Church in Lewisville N.C. and has been there for over 20 years. He has had the privilege of teaching the adult Sunday school class there for those same years. Years ago, Kenneth was involved in a missionary work in Illinois and at times substituting for the preacher, although Kenneth is not an ordained preacher. For many years, Ive had the privilege of Godly counsel from a number of Godly men who knew the scriptures. But, it has been the leadership of the Holy Spirit in guiding me to further knowledge of the scriptures.
