In 2012, Bilsev Ince worked as Assistant Professor at Konya Necmettin Erbakan University, Meram Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, rising to full professor in 2021. His clinical work focuses mainly on reconstructive surgery, microsurgery and hand surgery, and he is author or co-author of over 145 articles on national and international journals, as well as having joined over 250 panels.
