OverviewFor ages, the Ten Commandments, as per the Old Testament, have been read. One does not have to be a Christian to know what's Christian Spirit. But what was the Spirit with which it all began? Why should we need to ""explain"" and argue cases of How ""We"" Loved, and ""Not They""? Does Modern Life make these things ""meaningless""? Older versions of The Bible say, ""Charity begins at home."" ""Charity"" is ""Love"", not connected with money. When choosing partners, or keeping ties with families and friends, if ""Value and Desirability"" is seen as ""How Others Value""-we forget that we must ""Learn to Love Our Own Way"", not ""Use Value"", like valuing commodities. We repeat the same mistakes, as individuals, by supporting What We Do Not Value! We give importance to commodities when their value builds up. Why should we think of Love and Those Whom We Can Love in the same way? The bane of Modern Life is not what poet William Wordsworth said, ""The World is Too Much with Us"". We don't ""lose out and lay waste"" only by ""getting and spending""; and we certainly have not stopped appreciating Nature. But we do start valuing Love in a way that it is Not Ours. It ""comes and goes"", we are pained, blame ourselves and others... Where did we go wrong? Here are a few poems on how we ""Know Love"".
