It's very easy to get lost into your day to day and forget your spiritual and mindfulness journey. A lot of times gets put on the back burner. This book reminded me a lot of the things that I may need to work on and enlightened me on things that I did not know. it is a great collection of poems that really resonated with my soul. You can tell that the author wrote this from going through her own journey and sharing her learnings and findings. One thing that's great about this book is, it's not a super long read and I can pick it up at any time and it can resonate with me whatever I'm going through.
