Overview

Chris Shafer moved to Miami to help his best friend Wes run the construction company. Chris had been Wes's foreman since Wes started the company. After Wes and Sylvia had gotten married, Wes picked up and moved to Miami, where Sylvia opened a new boutique. Wes offered him a partnership if he would move to Miami and help him rebuild the company. Chris accepted because it gives him the chance to really own his own business outside of his family company. His wife, Becky, wasn't having it. She wanted to stay close to her family and was tired of waiting for Chris to go work for his dad and stop the craziness of wanting to be his own man. This was the last straw for her. She told him she wasn't moving. Now separated, Chris falls for Sylvia's new Miami boutique store manager, Maggie. Maggie Lewis hadn't been in a serious relationship and wasn't looking for love. One heartbreak was enough for her. She only wanted a fling, just a few nights here and there to scratch her itch. But in walk's this fine man and rocks her world. Can she hold to her guns, or will she let him in her heart?
