Reviews

""Rollenhagen has cracked the code that most tech teams miss entirely. People don't buy features; they buy feelings. To solve that challenge, this book transforms the chaotic journey of product development into a clear, actionable framework that puts human connection at the center. She's worked with hundreds of tech launches and knows where they stumble and how to avoid those pitfalls. This book is more than just another product management book; it's a roadmap for creating technology that genuinely improves people's lives. Any founder or product leader serious about building something that matters should read this book before writing their first line of code."" -David C. Baker, ""the expert's expert"" (NYT), and author of The Business of Expertise.
