Danise DiStasi and her granddaughters Evi and Mea Sobb are the authors of the Louie's Little Legs series, which includes ""Louie's Little Legs and The Magic of Kindness,"" ""Louie's Little Legs and The Magic of Patience,"" ""Louie's Little Legs and The Power of Hope,"" and their new book, along with co-author, Randy Conley, ""Louie's Little Legs and The Power of Trust."" Danise is an author and speaker with twenty years of professional writing experience and practical, hands-on leadership and business experience. In 2013, she adopted a seemingly unmanageable dog named Louie, and everything she thought she knew about life, love, and leadership changed. Her experience with Louie inspired Danise to write. Since then, she has teamed up with her grandchildren, Evi and Mea, to write children's books based on Louie. Danise worked in the medical industry for 27 years after earning a degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. During that time, her roles included nuclear medicine product specialist, manager, and vice president of sales and marketing. In 2001, she joined The Ken Blanchard Companies, and in 2007, she started DiStasi Advisors, LLC, coaching Fortune 500 C-Level executives and their teams on leadership, character development, productivity, performance, and team building solutions. In 2021, Danise founded Unleash Love, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to build character, improve literacy, and eradicate bullying through the power of storytelling. Randy Conley is the Vice President & Trust Practice Leader for The Ken Blanchard Companies. He holds a Masters Degree in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, and golfing. He and his wife Kim reside in San Diego, CA and they have two adult sons, Michael and Matthew. You can follow Randy on Twitter @RandyConley.
