Prior to working independently, Tim was the Director of Application Development for Eviciti Corp., a professional services partner that worked with companies to integrate the Internet into their core business. Within one year, Tim grew the Application Development team from 12 people to approximately 25 people. His responsibilities included managing practice leaders, application developers, the IT technology team, and coordinating resources among various offices. In this role, Tim was responsible for building quality custom applications, providing direction, as well as establishing policies and processes to ensure the successful planning, development, execution, and deployment of solutions.
