Reading it felt like I was watching a movie unfold. It's got the action of a classic heist thriller but the angst of being a high school kid with a crush he can't figure out how to act on. Cade Dixon has a little Holden Caufield in him. But one that could kick your ass too. I found Cade to be surprisingly complex for an action-thriller. It was fun being inside his head for the ride.

Lost One Standing is the newly released YA thriller from Hector Hill. It is Hector's second project with Waterfall Films after the coming of age film, Greener Mountains. His other screenwriting work includes Limited Partnership, which was an Academy Nicholl Fellowship semifinalist. An updated volume of his advice book, Tipping Back, will be re-released in the Autumn. Hector is a graduate of Middlebury College and currently lives in northern Vermont where he is working on the follow-up to Lost One Standing.
